@Stephen Glover I definitely will and agree it is best to look at many options until you select the right now.

I am looking for a personal recommendation on a PM company someone has used to manage several single homes for me.

Thanks?

If 50 people put $100 each that is $5,000. That is enough to get at least an opportunity to pitch a Ward member of our concerns.

@Russell Brazil - The point is the law is too kind to the tenants and harsh to the landlords. I just think that if 30 or so folks formed a group we can make efforts and potentially make the process fairer to the landlords.

@Alexander Biniam I feel like the ones who know how to play the system are also top donors to elected officials. I really think if you can get people to make big donations to your city council/local politicians then you will have a better chance of  accomplishing your goal.

I agree, that is why I was asking who wants to join forces to do this.

As a DC landlord and property owner, I have grown tired of the constant burden of red tape in the district which unfairly benefits those who know how to play the system.

I had the thought of joining up with other owners to see if we can form a group to petition the district to make the judgement and eviction process fair for us.

Anyone interested??

Just closed on a lot in Petersburg, VA and wanted to know if anyone could recommend someone to cut the grass on a regular basis. Lot is small at 2500 sq ft.

@Cassidy Burns - If they have already two homes using this strategy I doubt they can do it for the 3rd home since there is a VA loan cap or entitlement allowed for each area and person. This is not a long-term strategy unless they plan to refi out of a VA to something else. I can speak about this from personal experience.

@David Jackson PM Me and I will send you his info

@Daria B. The HVAC I use doesn't go up to Baltimore. Sorry about that.
