Seriously though, whatever you think looks the best, others will too. Don't over think things! You could have already had them in the mail today

 Thanks Matt! So true.

Hi BP Nation! I'm going to send out my first yellow letter campaign soon and I'm wondering which color font I should go with. I will be printing the letters myself and have the font looking real good on yellow lined paper. I'm thinking blue but not really sure what gets the most response. Thanks in advance for your direction.

Hi All,

I'd like to introduce myself. My name is John Mascarenas and I'm from Brighton, Colorado. I became interested in real estate in the mid nineties when I was up late and saw the infamous Carlton Sheets infomercial. I must have watched that infomercial one hundred times. I ended up purchasing the course and reading through it but I never really took action. Fast forward to 2015, I've been lurking and trolling in the shadows of BP for a few months now. I'm nearly on BP every day reading the forums, listening to podcasts, learning and studying everything I can about real estate. I really can't get enough and I think it's time to dive in head first to see if I can't douse (or maybe feed) this burning flame in my core for REI. I'm looking to start my career in REI with buy and renovation.

Outside of BP I am a Information Technology Specialist. My interests are cooking, astronomy, fishing, hiking, camping, biking, model rocketry, just to name a few.

I'm excited about starting this chapter in my life and I look forward to networking and contributing to the BP nation.

Post: Any thoughts about Realquest.com

@ Corey Dodson

I have the same issue when I use RealQuest with FireFox, but when I use Internet Explorer I can see the data. You may need to update your browser however, I have the most up to date FireFox but it still doesn't work. You may need to update Adobe Flash Player and/or Java as well.
