Is he elderly? At least that's less stuff to haul off when time comes to re rent the place.

But yeah that is going overboard cleaning, I would mow the outside if I had to, but that's about it. Unless he asked your husband for help...does your tenant have any family around to give a heads up on his living condition? I don't know how privacy laws would impact this.

Im sorry for your troubles...but I did call my insurance compamy and found out after all these years I did not have sewer back up insurance. 14.00 a year to add to the policy.

Why Friday at 6pm?

I'm sure this will hearten landlords everywhere...

Beautiful job on the house!  How hard was it to find a construction team? Did you do the design yourself?

I live north of Fresno, Merced area and if there is anything up here I can do to help! Drive bys, taking pics. calling people ect... give me a shout!!!

Looks like a great couple of buildings!  I am also interested in Turlock for the University, convenience to 99. Has a decent older downtown area and lots of  new construction along the freeway. Do the analysis of the property, I do think the price is high.  I think you will have a bigger pool of tenants looking for a nice newer property, but screen well!

The pictures look pretty nice inside, but no telling how old they really are.

Don't we all wish it were easy to grab some property in 10 mins by calling the broker or attending an "auction".

If I hear "ooo the colors in this granite will pop" one more time..lol!
