Hi Bill, association in a shopping plaza in which has several owners, each owning their own parcel within the plaza. The monthly dues cover certain common area expenses.

NNN lease tenant payments, does tenant pay insurance, tax and association fees monthly? Or do they pay the full amount when the invoices are due?

Which Winair form would I use for leasing a retail unit, NNN, that is in a shopping center which has CC&Rs. Each unit in the shopping center is individually owned. For the association and maintenance info and their responsibilities, would i list in the addendum?

Looking for a simple website creator for a single commercial property for lease. I'm comfortable with Wordpress, but couldn't find anything basic which has a more commercial feel to it. Loopnet auto generated sites are okay, but have a lot of glitches, so I'm looking for something different.

From what I understood, in 2005 a lot of loans that were issued had a 10 year period, for the properties not performing, is it possible there will be another wave of distressed sales? What are your thoughts, thanks

There's tons of sites dedicated to giving design/remodel ideas for homes, any good sites out there where one would be able to get ideas on retail/office design? Outdoor facade, interior, etc.
