I’m getting pushback because I’m not paying full price and I’m the personal representative. (I think)

Talked to some title companies and they say i can feed it to my wife, then do a cash out and pay the other heir. Having the other heir sign a quit claim so the paper trail is bulletin proof. Thank you all, hope this helps some one else. Feel free to contact me

My wife inherited a property and are not trying to finance it to pay off the other heir. I’m the personal representative on the estate, seems to be causing me trouble getting adscr on it. We’ve updated the house and are ready to put it up for rental. The other heir has agreed to the deal  and is not interested in the property. Why can i not find a lender to finance this, what am i missing?

Congratulations on getting your partner to participate in such a substantial way. I personally keep trying to learn and utilize different strategies based on the subject property. I’m in smaller markets and the pool of available properties can limit the number of deals. They are out there and you have a great support group here. Remember that this is fun and profitable. Good luck and happy hunting
