Hello Bigger Pockets community!

Anybody know any great real estate agents in Philly? We’re moving to Philly soon and we’re looking to buy our next home. Also, any recommendations on loan officers, home insurance, and closing lawyers?

Thanks so much!

Martín

Hi all! About to become a new landlord, very excited! Anybody have any recommendations for tools they use to manage rents, repair/maintenance requests, leases, and more with tenants?

Thanks so much!

Hi BP community,

I'm considering a move to Providence, RI. Do you know if there's a broker's fee for new tenants who wish to rent? This is what I am used to from Boston.

Thanks so much in advance!

Martín

@Anthony Thompson thank you so much for the thorough answer. Very helpful! It sounds like maybe it makes sense to start renting first, see how things pan out, and then buy a few months down the road.

Hi Bigger Pockets Community! I hope everyone is well and healthy. My fiancée and I are considering a move to Providence, RI. Does anyone have any recommendations of good neighborhoods to live in/buy property in? Also, given COVID-19, is now a good time to buy? Thanks so much in advance for all your tips!

Hi everyone, thanks so much for your posts! @DJ Richmond, your meetup seems like the closest to where I live. Please keep me in the loop if there is any change in the date or place. Thanks so much!

Hi BP community!

Does anyone know of any active groups/meetups that chat about real estate in the Boston area?

Hi everyone! Thanks so much for your responses. In your opinion, do you think it's still worth investing in rental properties that do not meet the 1% rule?

Hi BP friends,

I'm wondering if anybody knows any good areas/neighborhoods in or near Boston that meet the 1-2% rule. I would love my first property to have positive cash flow right off the bat! Thanks so much in advance.
