I personally have no connections with anyone who is involved in this niche and I'm wondering how other people have started their journey. I mainly am curious how people have raised capital for their first properties.

I'm a young individual who is deeply interested in investing in long term multifamily. I don't exactly understand how anyone invests in today's market (especially as a beginner). If anyone has any input or advice on whether to invest now versus waiting on the market to hopefully cool off, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi, I am a 19 year old and I would love to start investing in real estate. My biggest interest is in multifamily and I'm very eager to start. My question is how do you build a team when you don't have any connections? Also how do you find lenders so that one can invest without their own personal money. Any feedback is appreciated!!
