Where is the easiest way to find homes NOT on any MLS? I've been asking that question for two years now and nobody wants to answer it. I haven't found one yet.

What are you all looking for in the Las Vegas area?  I'm new to this industry as well and come here with 0 experience but very eager to get my feet wet even if it means just making a few bucks helping someone out while they SHOW me what I need to do.  If there is any of you Vegas folk out there who would like an "assistant" who you could show what to do so I can do it for you while you work other aspects and willing to toss a few bucks my way for doing it while I learn, give me a shout!  I'm eager and will do what it takes.

Y'all are too kind.

I have 0 experience in everything.  But, if someone needs some leg work done here in Vegas, reach out to me.  Tell me what and how and consider it done.

Thank you.  If you see me ask a question, which I will ask many, that you believe you have the answer to, feel free to chime in.  I'm open to all options.  Success never opens to a closed mind.

Hello, I'm Martin. I know nothing about real estate but want to be into REI. I ask a ton of questions and may even ask a few more than once. I hold two day jobs and have one day off, Monday. I currently reside in the Las Vegas area and am looking for people who are currently wholesaling to show me the ropes. I can read book after book and go from one seminar to another but that's all theory. Just like when I was in the Military, we'd go through school to learn how to repair a jet engine or an airframe but when it came to actually doing it, we did not do it like the book said for many reasons, one of which, IT DON'T WORK THAT WAY.

So if anyone is in my area and willing to talk to me about REI like I was 6, (lol), then contact me. That is if you are willing to spend the time. Maybe we could work together on something and I'd take a small cut so I can earn while I learn.

Thank you. But how does it work from the initial page?

My wife and I are in the Las Vegas area and are looking for any help getting started in wholesaling.  Buyers, inventory, you name it.
