My information is correct. The price of the property is $52,500. The rent is $625 a month with a tenant already in place. The seller wants to get rid of the property because it was inherited, he is older, doesn't want to be a landlord and he doesn't have anyone to leave it to if something happens to him.  If you have any further questions and are interested in purchasing the property, please send me a direct message.

Hi all,

I'm in a real estate investing group on facebook and one of the members mentioned that you can get a list of free and clear properties from your local title company. I have called a couple of title agencies in my area and no one knows where I can get this list from. I am looking to find this list for Henrico county, VA, Richmond, Va and Chesterfield County, VA. Anyone have any insight to where I can find a free list for these areas?

Hi all,

I am getting ready to send out a direct mail campaign to get some deals in my pipeline. I currently work a full time job so I am not able to answer my phone when sellers call. Does anyone know of a place where I can outsource the incoming call process? I just need a person to be by the phone and use a script that I give them for any sellers that call. I've heard of one that is $35 a month but I do not know the name of the company. Any help will be appreciated.
