@Salvatore Lentini Thank you for doing this. Not knowing how to protect myself when I get sue, because soon or later this happens and knowing what to do helps a lot. I'm still trying for figure out how many or which insurance I would need when this happens. A landlord insurance would be enough for someone just starting out/small portfolio? I heard about umbrella policy too? Do I need both?
