Hi I'm looking at selling 4 rental property (houses) and move that money to put down on a apartment complex.

So my question is can you only do a 1031, house to house ?

@David M. Well it's more towards the appraiser It took about two months to have it appraised and refinance the bank only took about two weeks once they got the paperwork from appraisers.
