When you go into a bank and apply for a loan of say 100K...that money does NOT exist until you sign YOUR signature on the dotted line..then,like magic they hand you 100K and you have to pay back 100K PLUS interest..where does that interest come from? Doesn't matter buddy..you better find it somehow.. Oh and also when you sign and create that 100K ,it gives the bank the power to magically create another 900K to lend out and charge interest on..lending money that doesn't exist and then charging interest on it is the game being played on us...and if anyone thinks that the gov't cannot print it's own money..take a look at postage stamps..or food stamps...It is absolutely insane that the Fed is unaccountable and has never been audited...

I agree too..it's true that what goes around comes around..and you can turn a potential negative experience into a positive one by simply looking at it differently..I'm just doing my first deals now and these threads are full of wisdom....So may I ask..What became of the deal Gail?

I'm just entering my first deals and was reading this thread,saw some great replies..and lo and behold..no ending!..what happened Adam? Did you just move on to a different deal?
