Well I definitely know that I want to do wholesaling first and eventually build a RE portfolio with residential and commercial projects. I have bandit signs already in place but I'm having trouble figuring out the steps because I don't know anyone personally that does REI. Do you recommend any REI clubs in SoCal??.
