Southern California wholesaling

Marlon Mendez
Posted

Hey BiggerPockets family my name is Marlon from Los Angeles and I'm very motivated to get into RE and I have done my research and I understand the concept behind it but I just can't seem to know on how to take my first step. I was thinking I can start  by bird dogging . Any help or feedback that I can't get will be greatly appreciated!!.

Thanks Jacob. If I’m wholesaling in SoCal where would be a good market to start looking for deals?.

I'd say the inland empire has more opportunity right now and less competition compared to LA and OC but they're all gonna be difficult to break into. Just gotta keep trying and network well to find buyers and sellers.
