Does anyone know if you have a LLC in one state and you buy another investment property in another state do you need to register your LLC in that state as well?

HI I have a three family in Fall River Ma. Ma, has lifted the moratorium the federal gov, might lift it Dec 31st. So Just wondering if I can start the process by tacking my tenant to civil court, instead of the evection process? Because the courts are going to be logjam and will be impossible to get a court date. Is that even something that can be done?

Does anybody know of a book that is SPECIFICALLY written for writing a real estate business plan. I do have books on business plans I just need something more geared to real estate. thank's

I'm a landlord in Ma and I want to put in surveillance cameras with voice recording in common areas/hallways. Does anyone know if it is legal? Because my tenants are violating my noise policy and every time I ask they denied it.
