@David Smit Why would you limit yourself? There are so many other self limiting phenomena, why would you get all hung up on if you own too much rental property First you have to 1500 doors to even find out it you have too much income theorizing about has little value.

I’m looking for content (BOOKS, VIDEO, WEBINAR,SEMINAR) that provides some depth and detailed explanations of seller finance and creative options for deal creating.
