Hello BP Community, I'm looking for CPA advice on what's the best company to form with multiple partners, and how to defer taxes to the company instead of individually. The focus of the company will be Fix and Flip and Buy and Holds. Any advice will help.

Is it difficult to transfer the deed to the LLC? Does that violate the terms of the mortgage?

I currently have one rental property under my belt but plan on having more. Should I become an LLC or Sole Proprietor?

Congrats, The first step is usually the hardest,  but since you got that out the way and you heard some one actually say they already sold the house, then the worse has already happened. You'll be a pro in no time.
