Thanks for your response. It is still in the early stages for the Greenville section as you say, hopefully the early bird catches the worm...my partner actually lives in the area and is very familiar with the price structure and the good pockets as you mentioned. I have visited the area a couple times my self and saw a lot of early signs of life...i.e. Berry lane park, Ocean lane rezoning, homes  for veterans,  The HUB development, new school and facilities being built etc.

Hi my name is Mark, i'm new to biggerpockets. Fairly new to Real Estate Investing also. My partner Evans found a deal in ( Jersey City) Greenville NJ, secured funding and closed on the property. currently rehabbing for flip/ hold depending...That said. I would like to hear from anyone else investing in the area...
