Thank you all!  I found an agent through BP and had a great conversation with him.  He recommended a lender that I talked to also.  Now that I've begun building a network it feels like this is really happening!

Hi BP!

I am finishing school in May and looking to move to Jacksonville, FL this summer.  I want to buy a small multi-family and house hack it to start my real estate journey, but I have several months to prepare before I buy.  I am learning as much as I can about real estate investing in general, but I would like to know what I can be doing to learn as much as I can about the specific market I want to move to.  What can I be doing now?
