I'm having a real hard time finding a wholesaler with legit deals in the Winston Salem, NC area. Constantly adding my email to FB group posts but no serious traction from most of them. Do they just not exist or am I missing out on the big players? Any contacts would be appreciated

@Jeffery Gibbs either way id say that is a win!! I just drove through Elkin, they are really advertising the outdoors there. How's the rent in the area ? 

@Jeffery Gibbs that’s a fantastic purchase. Where did you buy in WS? A 35k house in a B neighborhood seems practically impossible here!!

@Samantha Goetz where would you consider that the A/B neighborhoods meet with the C/D neighborhoods? 

@Bob Anthes I was told that the south side is crime ridden and I’m not looking to get into that type of market. 

Are you guys looking at a particular area in HP? I’ve been told to stay away from HP especially the south side

I just moved to the Winston Salem area in January. Now that I have gotten my family life together here, my partners and I are looking to get our feet wet in the area. We are looking to do a BRRRR in a B area. I have a few properties in Illinois that are in C neighborhoods and have had nothing but problems. I get you can have problems at any level but Id rather mitigate that with Quality over quantity. Anyways I am looking for that rock star team that has a background in investing in RE themselves. I am looking for the complete package especially an agent, lender, wholesaler, contractor and property management. Tag them here or send me a direct message.
