Hey there BP,

Looking to purchase our first property (SFH) in NJ. This will be a live-in flip. It has 3 beds & 1 bath. We're thinking of adding either a 3/4 bath or half bath as 1 of the projects. We're looking to do most of, if not all of, the work throughout the house with the help of my father in law. Does anyone know of any issues we'll come across with obtaining permits or with the building department? Thank you in advance!

Is there anyway to find out if neighboring properties of a house that I’m interested in houses section 8?

@Stephen Kiser @Alexander Felice Thank you guys. I really appreciate your input

@Jonathan Damon I agree with you about charlotte and im noticing that about Gastonia. Thanks for your recommendations & advice.

@Yanet Lewis do you represent buyer's as well?

I’ve been looking mainly around Charlotte but have found my way into Gastonia. Any investors with property in Gastonia, NC? Or should I look elsewhere. if so any recommendations
In 2018 I will buy my first rental property!
Hello, Please send the numbers on this property to wefit4ever@gmail.com Thank you
Hi Ling, I’m pretty new here as well and I’m also in NYC. I’ve been doing my researching and came to the conclusion that investing in NYC is going to be tough. I think it’d be best to invest out of state. Thats what I’ll be doing. Unless you can find something that’s reasonably priced, which I doubt, I’m looking elsewhere.
Oh man I was just there.. didn’t see anyone. Whenever the next one is I’ll be there
