Hi everyone,

outside of a tenant sending a check. Are there other options you offer, like a third party option for paying with credit ie (paypal) or a direct bank draft from a checking or savings- looking for ideas/options

Do you guys check with the town to see if there are back taxes and or any liens on the property? I just put my first offer in on a potential flip and I am wondering if I missed looking into this prior to my offer.
