Thanks for the info.  Yeah I can install the minisplits myself.  Super easy to do.

Should I hang them on the side of the house up high or put them on the ground down low?

I am about to buy my first rental in Baltimore metro area. For anonymity, could i use a company like zen business to be my registered agent and thus maintain anonymity?  Is there a better way of keeping myself anonymous from the renter?

I am about to buy my first property.  The current owners have ac window units.   As an owner is it better to a) install mini splits or  b) make renter supply their own air conditioner. Or c) something I have not thought of.

Great question 1)  tenant is a serial killer (or similar 2) tenant is psycho and tries to sue me personally thinking I may settle and avoid litigation fees.

I am about to buy my first rental in Baltimore metro area.  Is it as simple as setting up an llc on zen business or should I hire an attorney?  Is there a way of keeping myself anonymous from the renter?

I want to get into real estate investing across multiple states.  I also have my own side hustle handyman business (inactive I am not doing any work).  Question: I was planning on closing the business.  However would there be any advantages to keeping it open as a part of my real estate ventures.  For example, I could DIY things and record it being done for taxes through my handyman business.

Yup. Not mutually exclusive.   Evidently asbestos is not risky if you have the right safety.   However, unmitigated carcinogens are a risk.
