Have you tried getting a free quote from Open Door? 

The rehab on my this property was rough being my first. At this point, I don't want to take any unnecessary chances.  

Served 5 years, I am going to wait for other applicants. 

It's actually my first screened tenant for the property. It's been on the market for a week 

This is my first property in the Houston area. Does anyone have experience renting to tenants with prior offenses? It was a felony in 2011 aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Any advice would be helpful.....
