Hello BP! Hey, guys, I have read Fire Yourself by @Brian Ellwood and have used his techniques, to try and hire a Acquisitions Manager... I am wondering if anyone else has hired a salesperson or a acquisitions manager for their team what channels you used... How much does it cost you to acquire a good person for your team?

I have sent adds out on CL, on Fb, and On BP With very minimal response... Fb flagged my post said it looked spammy, and CL took my $25 dollars and posted to the classifieds to no avail... This is very frustrating. If you know of a hard working true go-getter in the OKC Market, please send them my way.

@Anson Young

Here is the link to my job posting, I basically wrote out what Brian Ellwood suggested to get people to respond.

Hey, Guys, I am a tech nerd, I love using different types of tech to improve my business, I am a big fan of Podio... It is a CRM. I am looking for a platform that can post in multiple locations at one time. I am using Vflyer right now to generate a very good looking ad for my properties, but I am looking for something, or someone who knows how to build something that will post to Zillow, CraigsList, Facebook, Twitter, Realtor.com, Trulia, ETC...

I know this is possible with some API'S with some websites, and with the proper framework I could probably build it in Podio, but I really don't want to reinvent the wheel if the technology is already out there...

Please let me know what you are using to get your properties in the most amount of places as possible.

@Brentin Hess Thank you for this post, would you mind sharing the company you use for skip tracing and the costs involved, also where are you acquiring your list from, and are you using an autodialer, or sly broadcast in any way?

@Terry Evans where are you getting your list information from? I am not seeing anywhere close to a 2% response rate. do you use your own list, o are you using a list provider of some sort?

@Caleb Heimsoth where do you suggest to get the list from?  In Oklahoma, we can do double closes, and assignments, so I will be doing both. I have experience in both, I work for a wholesaler here in Oklahoma as an acquisition manager. and we have done both and been very successful

I am just now venturing out on my own and I don't know all the marketing tactics my company uses. i could send you a copy of my postcard on messenger. so you can see what I mean.

definitely, don't want to have to mail to the list 6 times to get a deal that is for sure, so what list provider do you recommend?
