Do both. Blog on one site that is real estate related, making sure to have a link to your website in your signature. Make sure your website is relevant to what you do and use keywords that consumers would google to find someone like you.

I have posted to CL alot, be sure to mention in title your financing options. Also they just changed the real estate for sale section, trying to seperate the brokers from fsbo-just made it hard to read. I quit using postlets, many complaints from CL users about postlets but do not understand why.
