@Ana Plasencia Ana, I messaged you. Depending on your price range there are a few different options. Revenue estimates can be given to you depending on such through PMs that work in STR specific in the area (I work with one can recommend.) It's important to narrow down price range, expected minimum return, your desire to self manage or outsource and then steer to a couple communities in my opinion .. hope that helps feel free to message me.

I’ve done my homework & underwriting practice/deal analyzing on subject to deals. Transparently, I’m quite ignorant regarding best practices for disclosure to bank to avoid due on sale, insurance, title variables etc. Speaking with local real estate attorney now but she’s out of office for the week! Trying to find another. Can anyone offer some detailed guidance please? Thank you in advance!
