Hey everybody,

I was wondering if there were any blue prints out there to double my investment in a year.

EX. I have $30,000 to invest. I want to turn it into $60,000 in a year.

Any suggestions/pointers to get close to 100% return is awesome feedback to me.

Thanks for the help everybody!

I'm looking to network with investors in my area or any where but would like to start in Syracuse NY. Thanks Guys BP is so awesome.

Thanks Rob, I didn't know that. That seems simple. Is there a way to find out what is owed on a property without asking the owner?

If I get a property under contract that has a mortgage. Is that mortgage then in my name? Who's responsible for the mortgage and will the lender allow the sale of the property with a mortgage on it. Thanks for the help everyone!
