I know there may be laws pertaining to wholesaling real-estate. I was wondering if there are any wholesalers from NY that could share an assignment contract. I wasn't sure of the legality of wholesaling in NY. I'm assuming the contacts wording needs to be just right.

Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
