How to tap the equity of a house inside a trust? I would prefer to tap the equity, rather than just sell the property. Do anyone have experience with this?

@Wesley W. You have a talent for writing. Your question has me intrigued as well.

I read how easy it is for scam artist to file fake papers with the county court clerk in order to foreclosure on properties. They say that these papers are available on the dark web. What protection can home owners have against this?

@Ashley Turner can you convert your properties to long term or medium term rentals?

I would like to take a deep dive into the subject of seller or owner financing.

This seems to be an excellent way to purchase property according to many real estate books.

If anyone who has mastered this creative way of financing care to share their insights, this would be very helpful.

I'm finally ready to explore the world of wholesaling real estate. I know there are many people out there doing it because of the low barrier to entry.

I would think that finding an effective and efficient targeting strategy for the marking aspects would be key.

However what are the essential things needed to find buyers, motivated sellers, and iron clad buy, sell, & assignment contracts?

Should I have an attorney draft my contracts?

What do you experienced wholesalers have to say?

@Nathan Ramirez Sounds like the seller has something to hide. I would pass on that deal. There needs to be transparency in these kinds of business transactions.

@Casey Roman the real estate prices will eventually start to fall thanks to this economy. Look at it this way, you have $100k waiting to invest with when the right deal comes along.
