@Odie Ayaga I plan on investing my taxes into my first deal. I just haven’t quite figured out where to start. I spotted the properties, I jotted down the owners name and sale price. I guess I just need to figure out if hard money lenders would be the best option for me.

@Andre Taylor Thank you for your response. Yes, this would be my very first deal. Would you recommend a bank or credit union?

@Qjohnson  Hey! I want to buy/hold & rehab separately. All three properties are 2 unit apartments in the forest park area. This opportunity would really help me finish nursing school since I have exhausted all of my undergrad aid this semester.

I’ve found 3 boarded up, vacant multi-family buildings in a great central location that I would like to buy & hold for foreign exchange students but have no idea how to get started. I visited my city assessor website & all 3 buildings are owned by the same company and taxes are all up-to-date. How can I find 100% purchase & 100% rehab cost ?
