Not in the Tampa/Clearwater area but can service the full state - Acorn Title and Law, PLLC. They're based in Jacksonville, Florida.

Hi Karine - I live and invest in the area. Downtown St. Augustine is a hot tourist spot. Rental shortage galore right now with people moving into the state. More are asking for STR as they wait for new builds. For newer construction, some neighborhoods are more popular than others. The question really is more about what your budget is and what your end goals are in investing in the area. Hubby and I are more buy and hold since I'm still on the W2 payroll.

St. Johns County in NE Florida is on fire right now.  However, you may find lower and possibly better deals in Duval County (i.e. Jacksonville).
