My apologies for lack of response time, but I am so thankful for your reply! I think it's great that you are meeting up with the sellers to gain experience in negotiations and knowledge on how to compose a deal! I just started my direct mailings, and I'm trying to find other wholesalers to talk to directly(not flippers-yet) about a few things including preference of contracts and attorney's. Yes, Clifton Park is not where I will be focusing my energies, as there are not a lot of distressed propertied here! Would you be willing to have a 10-15 min conversation/skype about wholesaling? I am absolutely not looking to take any ideas or methods from you, and have done a ton of my own research and I'm looking for someone to talk to about what they found works, and I can the little that I know also. Or, if you are not comfortable with this, would any of the other wholesalers that you know be willing to possibly talk?
