I am a wholesaler and lately I have been driving for dollars to find good deals on houses.  I take pictures and I send them a letter.  I did't get any call backs after sending 200 letters. What am I doing wrong? Does any one have any ideas that would help me get call backs? Thanks in advance!

Hi, Quindra Grant I would add a picture first! I love listening to the podcasts cause I can do it when I'm cooking, cleaning, driving and so on.  I listen to the latest (276) and to one old one (72) each day. Great luck to ya!

Hey I am new too I think you should join a group and connect with people that way David Moore is hosting one this go to https://www.meetup.com/Bigger-Pockets-West-Metro-M... and check it out I think it is close to you.  I have 4 kids so like you I am busy but one thing I have heard and learned is work hard for a bit till you get started and then you can breath.  Thats not how the saying goes but it is close much success to you.

Thank you for all the wonderful comments I will be checking all of them out!  I am going on Thur with my friend that should be fun.  I am also looking to start my group on the 8th of next month I would like to be in south Mpls. Can anyone suggest a location?

Hey Bigger Pockets Family!!!! I am from Minneapolis Minnesota !!!! I have been listening to the pod casts for about a month LOVE THEM!!!! I looked and I have not seen any monthly meet up groups in MPLS. So I was thinking of starting one called "Women Empowering Women" WEW. Are there any women in MPLS that would like to talk real estate later this month? Maybe we could get a speaker form time to time!
