Keyrenter Austin.  I have been using them for more than 3 years.  Excellent service!  Please check their reviews so that you know that it is not only me who is extremely satisfied with their service.  Also, they do house inspection/visit (w/ accompanying report) to make sure that your renters are taking care of your property,  I don't live in Austin, but I never worry about my rental because of Jonathan of Keyrenter Austin.

If there is no security deposit, she's not serious about renting or doesn't have the funds. Both bad situations. As mentioned, cut loose. If she becomes your renter, expect the same "stories" every month when you collect rent. Don't make things more stressful for you.

I purchased a non-warrantable condo in the Allandale area. You can call Brandon Sparks of Barton Springs Lending or Cindy Tuttle of BBVA.

Went to the Travis CAD site discovered that assessment for my SFH rental increased by 23% from 2016. If you look at assessed values from 2015, the jump has been 50%! This is crazy. Does any one know of any company that can help me with my protest? Don't have time to do this myself since I don't live in Austin. Thanks!

Purchased a non-warrantable condo in the Allandale/Crestview area.  You can call Brandon Sparks of Barton Creek lending. Another option is call the local BBVA.

Try Aaron Jistel of Listing Spark. He helped me purchase a SFH which I turned into a rental. The deal almost did not push through because of some documents required from the seller (which mortgage company demanded). The seller's agent wasn't any help because of inexperience. Aaron guided the seller's agent what to do. Problem fixed. Now I am an owner of a SFH in 78753 zip code. The house has appreciated by 30K in the span of 1 year.

Jonathan Sempsrott, the owner of Keyrenter Austin.  He is very professional and responds to emails immediately.  My rental is in Austin and I live about 3 hours away in the Houston area.  Never had any problems with my renter.  Rental money gets credited every month to my checking account.  I always get my monthly statement electronically on time.  A few weeks ago I was pleasantly surprised when Jonathan sent me a 32-page ROUTINE INSPECTION REPORT on my property.  The report was very comprehensive and with pictures.  The report mentioned a minor problem (the renter needs to change the AC filter).  After several days, Jonathan sent me pictures from the renter showing that the AC filter has been replaced.  Jonathan saw the problem and made sure that the renter followed through.

On the marketing side, Jonathan will not only post pictures but will shoot video of the rental.

Please do further research and read his reviews online.  I cannot imagine going with another property management.  Jonathan is heaven sent and makes my life so much easier.
