@Tony Wilcox thanks for the tip! I would prefer non student rentals for less turn around and maintenance. Lets see what this place looks like in person! lol

@Tony Wilcox right now both units are rented but I won't know details till tomorrow. They are 2 bedroom units each. I'm thinking it's better if it's not student rented but what say you??

Hi BP family! I have 2 rental properties so far but I feel it's time to buy a 2 to 4 unit property. Any new areas I should look at? Other investments are in Jacksonville FL but not many multi units available... Any advice will help and be appreciated.
