@David Bell you guys are amazing! I’m currently reading “investing in real estate with no money down by Brandon Turner. I’m happy I came across this book, it remind it me of my BiggerPockets account and the wealth of information that is found here. 🙃

I’m am having a hard time creating a plan for getting started on my real estate business. I feel I don’t know enough information to feel confident enough to guide someone in the process of buying or selling real estate.

What action plan would you recommend to new part time real estate agents?

Thank you all so much for the sweet welcome, sorry I have been MIA but my job just takes all of my time. I just got my real estate license and I am very excited about it. I am looking forward to getting buyer leads and ideas on how to get listings. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Best of luck to all,

Maria

Hello,

My name is Maria.  I work for a Commercial Real Estate Lending Company as a Treasury Manager. I have a Bachelors degree in Science of Accounting and I am currently pursuing a Real Estate License. I would love to learn to make great investments and I am looking for knowledgeable individuals that can help me do that. I am tired of working too hard and not seeing the return.

Someone in my real estate class mentioned bigger pockets and I wrote down the information to check it out. I love learning new things so I decided to give this site a try.

I'm interested in learning how I can make real estate purchases with OPM. Once I obtain my Real Estate License  in January I want to start looking to purchase houses to flip and then sell into the market.
