My name is Maria, and after doing a number of personal building projects over the years, I have decided to go full time. I started an LLC called Lantana and my sister is working with me. We are focused on Santa Cruz County and bought our first house in Soquel. For the first few years I plan to flip houses, doing fairly major gutting and updating. But eventually I want to start building using modular technology. I built my own house in 2010 (acted as my own general) and really loved the experience. I enjoy very contemporary, simple styling .
