@Amy H. Thank you  for introducing yourself and for offering help! I'd love to hear more about the projects you typically take on in Henrico and Hanover and how long you've been cracking away at it!

@Tom Hacku That's a great suggestion and I'll be looking into it. I'm sure mostly everything is virtual right now but I'll be looking forward to the days when shaking hands face to face is cool again! Thanks for reaching out!

Hi fellow life-hackers! I'm in Richmond, VA and got interested in R.E.I. from my downtime during the pandemic. I'm interested in BRRR, house hacking, and getting licensed here in my town. I'm currently the leading sales rep for the largest independently owned brewery in Virginia and I love it, but the pandemic opened my eyes to creating my own wealth. With the valuable skills and work ethic I've found in the beer industry, I'm confident that I have the foundational tools to manage myself and my time to find financial freedom in the future.

I'm in the beginning stages of building a tiny house for myself on my mom's property to eliminate rent cost for the next few years while I save to get licensed and invest in my first deals. I'm getting so excited about this way of life and have been reading voraciously to get more acquainted. A couple of weeks ago I finished Scott Trench's, 'Set for Life' and am currently half way through 'How to Invest in Real Estate' by the man and wing-man themselves, Josh Dorkin & Brandon Turner. Currently up to podcast show number 22 and flying through more daily!

Please reach out if you're familiar with the RVA market! I look forward to connecting more with this awesome community :)
