I have to agree with Adam on this one. I did exactly this and I've closed on three properties this month alone. Where there is a will, there is definitely a way.

Excellent advice. I will definitely give this a read.

That's the problem with this place, so much knowledge to suck up!

I'm looking to provide value to help someone find deals while learning and evaluating properties! Let me know if that interests you

Definitely! Just send me a PM and let's talk!

Thanks so much @Jeff Dulla. I'm in the middle of a few deals right now and can always use fast sources of financing. Thank you so much!

Funny enough I was looking at a commercial deal and was wondering the same thing. Thanks @Joe Assad!

Hello Bigger Pockets community! First let me say that I've been lurking around for a while and this is an amazing community. Really all about helping one another become successful in this real estate adventure. I'm damn proud to be a part of such a community and I hope to be able to contribute strongly.

I have 5 years of real estate investing experience and 10 years of corporate management experience, both of which will contribute to the long-term success of my investing career. I started a small company,  after suffering major losses in 2009. I took some heavy hits but I'm bouncing back slowly but surely. I'm ready to grow bigger and better with the help of my BiggerPockets community.

Again, it's a pleasure to meet everyone and feel free to stop by and say hello!
