Hey Ladies and Gents

My name is Shigeaki from Rockford IL . I have a full time 8-5 office job. Nothing too exciting here. I have been reading blogs, listening to podcasts and checking on BP about a year now.

I have been trying to do the BRRRR strategy in my local area but Rockford real estate market is not so great. The market is experiencing a continued decline in property value. After some consideration, I decided to try out in Milwaukee market.

Long story short, I am going to check out some properties with @Michael Henry  tomorrow. We'll see what happens.
