Hello, 

My name is Marcus and I'm a wholesaler in Orlando, Fl. I just closed on my 1st deal last week and I'm very excited. It took me about 4 months to close my first deal. In the process of closing that deal, I had the opportunity to build some solid relationships with several active cash buyers(In State and Out-of-State) looking for great deals. Primarily in Orange, Seminole, and Volusia Counties.  My wife and I are also searching for homes we can invest in also.

I really appreciate the response and the tips you all have been giving me. It's greatly appreciated. I will consider joining a few of these investor clubs. I'm looking for an Investor-Friendly Real Estate Agent in the Orlando Area. I do a lot of marketing for motivated sellers so I'm getting a lot of leads that I can't use that may be more beneficial to a Real Estate agent. I'm looking to team up with someone who can provide me with good comps and access to the MLS. Is there anyone out there who is willing to work with a newbie but very motivated Real Estate wholesaler? @Andrew Davis   I really appreciate it Andrew. Thanks for the tips. I listen to the Bigger Pockets Podcast daily. That's how I found out about Bigger Pockets was through YouTube. Bigger Pockets is a great Podcast with priceless information and getting that first hand knowledge from other Investors is great. I been educating myself about the business and taking in any advice I can to help me grow as a Real Estate Investor. So any tips given tips given I'm thankful for.  Appreciate It...

My name is Marcus and I'm located in Orlando. My wife and I just started investing in Real Estate. We have researched and educated ourselves before deciding to do so. 

From the information we have learned, we understand that we must be licensed Real Estate Agents in order to get access to the MLS. But also we know that we can get access by building a relationship with investor friendly Real Estate agents. Are there any of these Real Estate Agents in Orlando that would help us out with getting access to the MLS?
