Thank you both for the advice. Partnerships are definitely something I see has a positive this when the roi is worth while. I want to get involved in multi families and then eventually rehabs. My first REI meeting is coming up so I will take names there and do some research! Thank you both.

Art Frasik thank you for your reply. I understand the competitive aspect of the industry but in my background in business, some of my best ideas and resources have come from my competition. That being said, I have considered someone from a totally different market to assist me for this very reason.

I wanted to reach out and see how many of you started in REI with a coach or mentor. I am finding that there are so many valuable resources out there bit nothing quite compares to that of someone who known the industry. Also, how did you go about making those connections?
