@Erin Gilbert Its definitely one way to explore getting a deal. Like you mentioned earlier, the MLS does not have as many deals, at least not deals that have room for reno and profit. Absentee owners sometimes are willing to just unload the property. Probate is also another option!

Hi I was wanted to see if anyone out there has bid on HUD homes without their real estate licence from the website.
