@Wayne Brooks so if I’m able to get contract in my name/and or assign and them know that I’m working with investors you don’t believe I could pull this off ? This my first deal and I never thought I’d be in talks with a listing agent this soon in my journey. I really want it to work and it seems like I could make a small spread. It has been on market for about 50 days so you could be right.

I have a potential wholesale deal on the table. I found out I would be dealing with an agent during the deal. This is my first deal could anyone point in a good direction for information about this situation?

I have my first wholesale deal on the table but it turns out that it’s with an agent. So I find out that it’s not impossible but I’ve been trying to go off of podcast and YouTube. I believe I’m doing well but now I at the point of a buyers agreement and I haven’t heard anything about this step. Are there any wholesalers familiar with this process? Any advice would be appreciated

@Alec Marchand I just made a similar post as well today and haven’t gotten any replies as of yet but I’ve been on YouTube listening to Max Maxwell just to gain some understanding until I’m able to gain a mentor or just jump in head first. Good luck on your quest!

Hello I’m in Charleston Sc and I already had a desire to get into real estate but I wasn’t sure what area of it I wanted to explore. After listing to a few podcast wholesaling seems to be the lane for me. Any advice on getting started?
