I have a condo I am looking to rent in Naples Florida during the high season and a few months in the summer.

Does any recommend a good company for this? 

Thanks Scott.  I did have a home inspection company that is well know around here inspect everything and they did say anything was major with Chimney

any thoughts?

Thanks everyone this is a house I plan on living in and I think the inspection company they are just trying to get work but I don’t want to make a 5-10k mistake.   FYI the house was built in 1994 and it is near Cincinnati ohio

Hello all

I recently got an level 2 inspection of a chimney and they are saying I need to tear down and rebuild the roofline and up on this chimney (5,000 repair)and if I don’t in a year or two it will just spread like cancer and I will have to have the whole thing replaced (12-15k).  I spoke with a friend of mine and he said just to seal it and replace the flashing? Has anyone had expirence with this and any advise?

Has anyone used leasrunner I have been using them and they work good for what I need. However I have not tried the others so I might be missing out idk i will have to compare. 

Thanks everyone I'm exactied about this group. I have been looking for about 2-3 months for a legit community to join and actually came across the podcast and have watch about 1/3 of them so far great info I plan on watching the rest in the next few days.

Hello all My name is Marcus Napier I live just north of Cincinnati in West Chester I have owned one rental for about 10 years and have a nice positive cash flow. I am also a GM of a staffing company in northern Kentucky and have been in that business for 18 years it has treated me well and I have set aside a nice amount to start and build my RE portfolio. I would like to add 5-10 properties this year if I can find the right deals. interested in multi family units and open to s flip or two in the Tri-state area. Also looking for a mentor or a group that meets once a month or so. I'm willing to put my time in to help others with projects or finding properties for them just to learn more about the business. In my spare time my wife and I love to boat, travel. We also have two dogs. Im looking forward to learning, meeting new people with the same goals and expanding my investments to be able to one day free up my time in the corporate world and travel more.
