@Ibrahim Hughes I did it had no relatives listed . It was just a bio of the person. I saw the dad was in world world 2 and the mother was an army baby aswell. I even went to ancestry same info.

Ok so I found a vacant house and the owner has passed away. I’ve done a lot of research no heirs found anywhere seems like everyone has passed away. I do see where a abstract of judgement was filed from a bank for 5300 dollars. Is it a awaybixan pay off the judgement and gain stake in the property to have the deed transferred to me.

Long story short. I FOUND A PROPERTY IN THE ESTATE OF.... RESEARCH AND FOUND PERSON VESTED IN THE PROPERTY. PUT UNDER CONTRACT TO FIND OUT LATER ANOTHER INVESTOR FILED A MEMORANDUM OF SALE TO AN HEIR THATS NOT VESTED IN THE PROPERTY. SO I GOT IN TOUCH WITH THAT INVESTOR FINDING OUT HE NEEDS MY HEIR TO CLOSE HIS DEAL. BUT SHE DOESNT TRUST OR WANTS TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. SO AFTER THE BACK AND FORTH MY HEIR SAID SHE WENT AHEAD AND SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THE OTHER GUY TO SPEED UP PROCESS BUT KEEP IN MIND I HAVE HER ON A SIGNED CONTRACT WITH ME. SHOULD I FILL A MEMORANDUM OF SALE? ALSO IS THERE WAYS YOU CAN GET AROUND A MEMORANDUM OF SALE.

Does anyone have a good probate letter?

I’ve done all my research and still came out with no heirs of this abandon house. So the question is. Can I use any relative to assign a contract to buy the home?
