@Charlie MacPherson amen! My sentiments exactly!

This made me look up what 36 acres is going for here in Ohio — saw a lot that just sold here in Ohio - (Medina County) that went for $239,000 taxes were only $483 wow

@Nik Moushon wow. Good sound advice and analysis

@Will Barnard love this answer / I was going to say the same thing - deal seemed too skinny

@Marcus Coleman man i spoke too soon on my last comment about “the hate” and can’t delete my comment. All feedback should be considered constructive and accepted for at least consideration. Eat the meat and spit out the bones.

@Dante Fortson I agree with you. Don’t mind the hate/ look When you get it up and running let me know - It sounds like it’s going to be a great experience. As long as you give folks an experience they can’t get in their own backyard you will win. Sell the experience the rest will follow

@Dante Fortson I understand glamping but PLEASE put a paint ball course there https://youtu.be/I0kzzpKhJX8 (like call of duty style) lol

@Ishmael Johnson if you go to your local police’s website they will show two numbers to contact them directly - one is emergency and the other is non emergency. Some you’ll end up getting dispatch and then you’ll tell them what’s going on and that it’s non emergency and they’ll direct your call

@Ishmael Johnson when you search for your local police’s website they will provide two numbers to contact them - one is for emergency and the other is non emergency
