My grandmother owned a property. Passed away, now it's in my mother's name and my uncles name. The house has been there since 1930. Can this property be sold by my uncle without my mother's consent? the house is paid for.

@Timherndon wholesaling seems pretty easy, especially how these GURUS present their strategy, however I no there are many contracts in wholesaling that I don't no about, and everyone is asking dollars to reveal them.

Where I live there are a few abandoned homes that I want to invest in. I am new to real estate, how do I go about gaining information on the house I'm interested in. There are no for sale signs.
