@Greg H.  sorry about the slow reply... been busy with my flip project...  I appreciate the offer...  man finding a reliable, honest contractor is difficult... this project has been the longest and most difficult one yet and it was all do to issues with the hired help... ugh..   good thing is this project is almost complete...

@James Hejl as an investor who resides in Brenham and someone so active in the RE community would you be able to point me towards a Wholesaler in your area or possibly any investor sitting on properties they may possibly be looking to move.

Most of the demo has been completed, all windows replaced and the home was re leveled.

I'm in need of an Investor Friendly contractor for my flip in Brenham, TX

My project is taking much longer then anticipated. Need a good, honest, and dependable contractor..

Of-course looking for a contractor that is reasonably priced as i am working on a shoestring budget on this ReHab.
